BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE.
1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE WEBSITE
The information provided on or through this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice. You should consult your own professional advisors before making any real estate or financial decisions.
No Agency or Brokerage Relationship Created by Use of the Website.
Your access to the Website, submission of information, or request for an offer does not create any agency, brokerage, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Bluehouse. Bluehouse does not represent you as your real estate broker, agent, or advisor unless and until both parties sign a separate written agreement expressly creating such a relationship.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by Bluehouse, LLC (“Bluehouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), Bluehouse acts solely on its own behalf as a principal investor or facilitator and does not act as your agent, broker, or fiduciary.
All property valuations, estimates, analyses, or projections provided through the Website are estimates only, provided for convenience, and without warranty of accuracy. Any reliance on such information is at your own risk.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a fully executed PSA, nothing in your use of the Website or in any communication from Bluehouse obligates Bluehouse to close on the purchase of your property, and Bluehouse is not acting as your listing agent, selling agent, or broker in connection with any such assignment or resale activity.
3.6 Distressed or At-Risk Properties

Where required by law, Bluehouse will provide you with separate written disclosures and agreements that describe your statutory rights. You should review those documents carefully and consult with your own attorney before signing any agreement affecting your home or your legal rights.
